She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Berlin Biller, Sr. and Martha Pauline Biller (Mathias); her son Charles Douglas Dean; and her siblings, Berniece Hensley, Beverly Stayner, Patricia "Patty" Turner, Leo Berlin Biller, Jr., William "Billy" Biller and Theodore "Teddy" Biller.

She is survived by: her sister Helen E. Fox (Earl) of Rockingham; and her spouse Linden Franklin Dean. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
