He is survived by: his friends, Mason, Lex Halterman and Kendel St. John; and his caregivers, Holly Sydnor, Phylicia Michael, Tiffany Hall, Alecia Chavez Loya, Henrietta Sakyi, Cindy Kyger, Spencer Glass, Tyler Carr, Bianka Waybright and Wendy Moyers.
