He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester William and Vida Maxine "Speed" Mannasmith (Sullivan); and his former wife Dolores L. Mannasmith. He is survived by: his wife Julia Kay Embry; his daughters, Jill Campbell (Howard) of Harrisonburg and Pamela Hendricks (Bryan) of New Castle, DE; and his grandchildren, Darrel Weaver, Toby Campbell, Elijah Campbell, Adoniah Campbell, Ciera Crouse and Logan Singley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Harrisonburg (3173 Spotswood Trail, Harrisonburg, VA 22801).
