He was predeceased by: his father John Andrew; and his brother Don King. He is survived by: his daughters, Marybeth Showalter (Kenneth) of Dayton, Virginia and Linda Casady (late Scott) of Colorado; his siblings, Jim King (Mary Beth), Barbara King and Dorothy O'Brien (Jim); and his sister-in-law Bonnie King. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
