He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Price and Lacy Gentry Price of Virginia; and his wife Doris Marie Crawford. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Crawford of Timberville and Charity Ramsey of Broadway; his sisters, Phyllis Joseph of Hinton and Rachel Derrow of New Market; his daughters, Lana Jean Nieswander, Sherry Lynn Price and Sharon Marie Price Ramsey; and his grandsons, Steven, Dennis and Randy Smith. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
