He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee Baker and Stella Funkhouser Baker; and his wife Anna Turner. He is survived by: his children, Dale Baker (Cathy), Kathy Lee (Dan) and Penny Shipe (Timothy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
