We are sad to announce that, on August 8, 2023, at the age of 89, Stanley Norris Turner of Harrisonburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Turner and Lillian F. Turner; his stepmother Hilda A. Turner; his siblings, J. Edwin Turner, Wanda L. Grove, Amy A. Heinritze and Anna P. Turner; and his daughter-in-law Deborah V. Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Butler Turner; his sons, Michael E. Turner of Harrisonburg, Steven N. Turner (Anne) of Harrisonburg and David P. Turner (Meredith) of Georgetown, Delaware; his brothers-in-law, Samuel Butler (Sherry) and Thomas Grove; his grandsons, W. Patrick Turner (Ariel) of Merritt Island and Andrew S. Turner of Georgetown, Delaware; and his great grandchildren, Matthew Turner, Hadley Turner and Zaevion Turner.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrisonburg Elks Lodge #450 Christmas Basket Fund.
