He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Arnold Rose Sr. and Vivian Pearl McCarty Rose; and his brother William Grover Rose. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Sisson (Charles "Toby") of Lively and Brenda Elbourn White Stone (Chuck); his brother Richard A. Rose Jr. of Weems, Virginia; his grandchildren, Tiffany Walters (Dustin) of White Stone and Brooke Elbourn; and his great grandchildren, Tinsley Walters and Landry Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
