He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Gracie Hammon Miller; his brothers, Frank Miller, Ralph Miller, Douglas Miller and Roger Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Wilbert Walker, Tootie Miller and Mattie Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Kathleen Dispanet Miller; his children, William "Bill" Miller of Mathias and Lori Moyers (Keith) of Fulks Run; his sisters, Una Walker and Carol Brown (Kenny); his granddaughter Trisha Lantz (Garrett); his great grandchild Connor Lantz; and his sisters-in-law, Nellie Miller and Frances Miller.
