He is survived by: his wife Wanda Alt Kelley; his daughter Deborah Kelley of Harrisonburg; his grandchildren, Kelli Gooch of Mebane, N. C. and Michael Gooch of Harrisonburg; his son-in-law Tony Gooch of Mebane, N. C.; and his siblings, Sharon Kelley of South Carolina, Edna Sheets of South Carolina, Donna Dawson of South Carolina, George Kelly of North Carolina, William Kelley and F. D. "Frank" Kelley of Millboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
