He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard Moubray and Margie Marie Reedy Moubray; his wife Lula "Carol" Lambert; his siblings, Larry Moubray and Peggy Moubray; and his great grandchild Clara Gibson.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Shifflett, James "Erik" Moubray, Shannon McNeal (Bryan) and Shari Shifflett; his siblings, Keith Moubray (Linda), Roy Eugene Moubray (Linda) and Carolyn Newman (Jim); his grandchildren, Kimberly Shifflett, Ricky Wayne Shifflett, Rebecca Moubray, Stephanie Hoover, Nicholas "Nick" Hoover and Megan McCall; and his great grandchildren, Destiny Moats, Maverick Moubray, Kylen Mann and Lexie Richards. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
