It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Carlton Riner of Harrisonburg, Virginia, born in Fayetteville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glendon Riner and Marjorie Riner; his wife Sandy Riner; and his brothers, Stephen and Gary Riner.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Laura) of Harrisonburg and Carter (Sarah) of Harrisonburg. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
