He was predeceased by: his father William Daniel Koogler; and his nephew Eric Koogler. He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Rohrer Koogler; his children, Annalisa Beery (Chad) and Ryan Koogler (Charity); his grandson Reid William Koogler; his mother Norma R. Koogler; and his siblings, Stanley Koogler, Marilyn Beery and Eldon Koogler.
