He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Roscoe and Anna Lee Kile Simmons; and his sisters, Carolyn Simmons and Treva Orebaugh. He is survived by: his nephew Shawn Orebaugh; and his nieces, Kristy Turner and Misty Hilbert. He is also survived by great niece and great nephews.
