With sadness, we share the passing of Priscilla Howell of Hartfield, Virginia. Priscilla, born on July 31, 1939, passed away on September 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Priscilla for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dora Dean Howell and Zalph Howell; and her children, Frederick Ellis Pate, Jr. and Sylvia Ann Pate. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Jean McCallon and Dana Lynne Pate; her son-in-law Mack McCallon; Joe Scott and Bill "Billy" Sapp. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Peninsula Memorial Park (12750 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606).
