He was predeceased by: his son Troy Wayne Curtis; his parents, Earl Raymond Curtis and Ruby Lee Wilson Curtis; his brothers, John R. Maslock (Pearl) and Raymond Lee Curtis; and his granddaughter Heather Danielle Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Beverly Curtis; his children, Tamie Rae Curtis Brooks (Steve), Teri Curtis Faulconer (Richard) and Tracy Neal Curtis (Shawn); his grandchildren, Ryan Sullivan (Brooke), Christen Rae Kelley (Justin), Candice Bittinger (Shane), Megan Faulconer, Heather Helmandollar (Cory), Allison Brooks, Emily Way (Phillip), Dustin Ray Curtis (Keri) and Erin Monroe (Blake); his great grandchildren, Travis, Shane Willoughby, Carter Byrd, Drew Bittinger, Ryan Kelley, Alana Newett, Emma Bittinger, Morgan Sullivan, Kyle Kelley, Brady, Sadie Sullivan, Madison Helmandollar, Tucker Curtis-Way, Caleb Sullivan, Delaney Way, Charlotte Sullivan, Whitley Monroe and Riley Helmandollar; his great great grandchild Harper Rae Willoughby; his sisters, Geraldine Curtis Brock and Rebecca "Becky" Howdershelt (Don); and his sister-in-law Joann Curtis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
