He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Stanley Belvin Sr. and Martha H. Belvin; and his brother E. Stanley Belvin Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his sons, Michael and Daniel (Cody). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
