In loving memory of Herman Kenneth Parks of Hayes, Virginia, who departed this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Herman leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Parks and Nan Parks; his son Kenneth Robert Parks, Sr.; and his grandson Robert Harwood, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Ann Parks Harwood (Robert, Sr.); his brother Robert C. Parks; his grandchildren, Kenney Parks, Jr., Emily Baker and Brittany Harwood Hooper; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Harrison Hooper and Haven Baker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Andrews Funeral Home (7192 Main St, Gloucester, VA 23061). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to either Albingdon Volunteer Fire & Rescue or to Gloucester Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
