Though Howard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Howard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Robbins, and Howard L. Robbins, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Guenivere Joan Robbins; his brother William Eugene Robbins (Margaret Robbins); his stepdaughters, Shannon Jeter and Robin Senter (David Chaney); and his grandchildren, Joni Jeter (Ezekiel Simon), Casey Senter, Christina Senter and Tzipporah Harker.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery (3590 Providence Rd, Hayes, VA 23072).
