He is survived by: his mother Sandra Penn Hogge (Kelly Richards); his children, Jeffrey Elliott Hogge, Jr., Austin Hicks (Kimberly), Brittney Durham (Joe), Trevor Richards, Taylor Richards and Erika Wilmoth (Robert); his grandsons, Waylon and Willie Hicks; and his sister Andrea Kinser (Ricky).
