He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Busic and Lois Busic; his sister Betty Lou Crum; and his granddaughter Aimee Marie Busic. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hope Busic; his children, Suzanne Manners (Jeff), Sandra Joy, John Busic (Mitzi) and Robert Busic (Bethany); and his sister Barbara Sue Lucier. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Chapel of Hogg Funeral Home (3098 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Hayes, VA 23072). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Piney Creek Methodist Church Cemetery (296 Pugh Rd, Piney Creek, NC 28663).
