She was predeceased by: her parents, Layton Riggin and Elestine Riggin. She is survived by: her spouse Helen Quinby; her sister Bobbie Heil; her nephews, Jeffrey and Richard Foot; and her great-nieces, Jayla, Kasey, Caitlyn and Bailey Foot.
