She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Smoot and Mary Johnson Smoot; her sister Marlene Smoot Brummer; and her niece Ginger Ryanne Marshall. She is survived by: her husband Louis Wayne Riley; her children, Chris Riley (Stacy) and Andy Riley (Beth); her grandchildren, Nate and Sydney Riley; her sister Ginger Smoot Moyer (Ronnie); her brother-in-law Bert; her niece Holly Marshall; and her great-niece Margo Barnes.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery (3590 Providence Rd, Hayes, VA 23072).
