He is survived by: his wife Dorcie McKniff Wambach; his daughter Hannah Wambach Ryder; his son-in-law Daniel Ryder; his grandchildren, Mila and Bodhi Ryder; his stepson Shane Jasperse (Ruth Jasperse); his sister Linda Crick (John Crick); and his stepsiblings, James Ryder (Rosalee Ryder) and Becky Johnson (Steve Johnson).
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Pancreatic Cancer Research, the Parkinson's Foundation or University of Evansville (Athletic Scholarships) would be welcomed and appreciated.
