He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Kathy Zimmerman (Brian), Keith Kline (Tina), Kevin Kline (Dawn), Kim Ryland (Todd) and Tammy Devine (Greg); his grandchildren, Jenna, Becka (Jeremy), Tanner (Caitlyn), Adam (Kerri), Tyler, Corey (Ashley) and Ryan (Bella); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Payton, Levi, Audrey and Aiden.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in David's honor to the hospice team at The Medical Team or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
