As we bid adieu to Joseph's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Joseph has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his brother Colen White Jr.; and his parents, Colen Sr. White and Villa White. He is survived by: his wife Margaret White (Mamarow); his children, Michael White (Melissa) of Virginia Beach and Kristin Maynard (Bruce) of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Miranda White, Malcolm White and Evelyn Maynard; and his sister Erma Hanks (Dennis) of Palm Desert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Saviour Lutheran Church (6194 Dumfries Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fauquier SPCA in his memory.
