He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Francis Ahern and Martha Donegan Ahern; and his siblings, Denise Ahern Sternberg and Terry Ahern. He is survived by: his wife Emilee Ahern; his sons, Brian (Rachel) and Chris Ahern; his grandson Kieran; and his siblings, Christy (Sheldon) and John Ahern.
