He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Ruter and Lora Ruter. He is survived by: his wife Margaret.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
