He is survived by: his wife Gloria Brann of Warsaw; his sons, Randolph "Randy" Brann, Jr. of Norfolk and Timothy "Timmy" Brann (Tammy) of Haynesville; his stepson Charles "Mitch" Owens of Doswell; his granddaughters, Kelly Brann of Warsaw and Katelin Kiple (Matthew) of Warsaw; and his siblings, Ronnie Brann (Sandy) of Callao and Sue Shearwood (David) of Tappahannock.
