He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Elliott and Mary Anderson Elliott; and his sister Robin Elliott Stucchi. He is survived by: his wife Jane Garth Elliott; his children, Robert Anthony "AJ" Elliott, Jr. (Ashley) of Midlothian and Whitney MaryAlice Elliott (Richard) of Kilmarnock, Virginia; his sister Judi Conley of Warsaw, Virginia; his nephew John Stucchi (Kelly); and his niece Mary Stucchi. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Heathsville United Methodist Church (39 Courthouse Rd, Heathsville, VA 22473).
