He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther G. See and Nora Lillian Foltz See. He is survived by: his wife Ella See; his sons, Randall See (Alejandra), Jeff See (Erika) and Gary See (Aracelis); his stepdaughters, Angela Messer and Christina Lorusso; his grandchildren, Isabella See, Lauren See, Julia Messer, Olivia Messer, Davis Messer, Ava Messer, Anthony Lorusso and Michael Lorusso; and his sister Nancy Hall.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home (1771 N Parham Rd, Richmond, VA 23229).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Henrico Volunteer Rescue Squad.
