She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Dalton; her children, David Neil Davis (Candace) and Melissa Erin Johnson (Adam); her siblings, Jennifer Scott Stewart and Kelly Stratton Ragland; her friend Theresa Willson; and her pets, Abby, Smokey, Monkey and Tabby. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter or animal rescue organization in Beth's memory.
