She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Defrees Neff and Alice Elizabeth Fitzhugh Neff; her sister Alice Neff Lucan; her aunt Leta Fitzhugh; and her goddaughter Laura Roberts.
She is survived by: her godchildren, Eric Roberts and Journee Smith; and her friends, Kathi Harris and Paula Roberts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to the memorial fund at Christ Lutheran Church.
