Cecil H. Simmons Obituary

In the sacred silence of farewell, Cecil is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Cecil's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his daughters, Crystal Tillery and Daphynne Cockrel. He is survived by: his wife Rev. Deborah A. Simmons; his children, Cecil, Corey L., Wesley R. Simmons and Teresa Sanders; his stepdaughter Judith Murray; and his sisters, Sarah Simmons and Maxine Hatcher. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren.
