She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Parker; her parents, Frank O. Osborn and Lorrine L. Osborn; her sisters, Jackie Osborn, Jean Harrell and Doris Llewellyn; and her extended family, Jessica Watson and Sarah Saponara.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Eddie" Eacho, Norman J. Parker and Frank Parker (Tricia Reagan); her stepson Chuck Dorsey; her brother Frank E. Osborn (Lou Ann Osborn); her grandchildren, Austin Parker, Vanessa Parker (Dustin Harford) and Sage Parker; her great grandchild Liam Harford; her friends, Brian Barté, Trey Chiounard and Steve Russo; and her stepgrandchildren, Liliana Reagan and Miles Lucier.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home Reid Chapel (412 S Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Forest Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery (13384 Ashland Rd, Ashland, VA 23005). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Forest Grove United Methodist Church.
