He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Luke Smith and Thelma Augustine Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Salisbury Smith; his children, Adam Smith (Lisa) and Joy Smith-Lazzara; his grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Sarah), Alex Smith and Corrin Lazzara; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Smith, Olivia Smith and Graysen Smith.
