He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Waters Jr. and Stella Waters. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Waters; his sons, Michael Waters (Caitlin), Matthew Waters (Jenny) and Morgan Waters; his grandson Rowan Waters; and his brother Kenneth Waters (Linda).
