He is survived by: his children, Jeff Burnette (Kathy) and Gail Blakley; his grandchildren, Ricky Blakley, Jr. (Rosanna), Lee Blakley (Brittany), Angela Adinolfi, April Burnette and Molly Burnette; his great grandchildren, Grace, Dani, Beau, Savannah, Fletcher, Damon and Bryson; and his friends, Charles Clemons and Lawrence Cannon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (4650 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
