She was predeceased by: her husband Martin Sharp, Jr.; her parents, Walenty Melko and Lottie Smoczynski Melko; her children, John Martin Sharp, Betty Jean Stokes-Fijol and Carolyn Melko Sharp; and her daughter-in-law Laverne Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Nichols (Marshall), Roger Allen Sharp and Walter Louis Sharpe (Jewel). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bliley's (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A reception will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
