He is survived by: his wife Sherry B. Booker; his children, Crystal Macon (Quentin), Todd Booker and Mark Booker (Dawn); and his stepsons, Randy New (Debbie) and Larry Lloyd. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and a large circle of extended family.
