He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Samual and Lucile Murray Hicks; and his wife Kathleen. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Hatch (Tom) and Ken Hicks (Sharen). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many friends.
