Louise Cobb Boggs Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louise Cobb Boggs of Henrico, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Louise departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Louise. Though Louise may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Harrison Cobb and Estelle Settle Cobb; and her sister Ann Harrison Cobb. She is survived by: her husband John Fleming Boggs; her children, John Fleming Boggs, Jr. and Alice Boggs Schroeder; her son-in-law Louis Clifford Schroeder, Jr.; and her grandsons, Louis Henry Schroeder, William Harrison Schroeder and Edward Mason Schroeder.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Saint Mary's School in Raleigh, N.C. or the University of Richmond.
