She was predeceased by: her parents, William Willard Tennant and Virginia Isabelle Brock; her husband Ronald Lee Francis, Sr.; her sons, Ronald Francis, Jr., Jerry Francis, Donald Francis and Dale Francis; and her brother Terry Tennant.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Francis (Sherry) of Henrico, Randy Francis (Pam) of King William and Robin Cronin (Jim) of Cincinnati, Ohio; her daughters-in-law, Sharon "Nic" Francis of Cambridge and Mary Francis of King William, Virginia; her grandchildren, Eric, Amber, Savannah, Christopher, Lauren, Erin, Colby, Rachel, Jennifer, Xylvia and Madyson; her sister Karen Tober of Windsor Heights; her nieces, Kimmy Jo (Charlie) and Jeni Kay of West Virginia; and her close friends, Harold and Jeannie Surratt of Piedmont, Ohio.. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren.
