It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Ramsay Taylor Jr. of Henrico, Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ramsay Taylor and Florence Barclay Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Donna Blankenship Taylor; his children, Kaitlin Harpold (Christopher), Owen Taylor and Victoria Lavia (Joseph); his sister Laura Pawlak (Daniel); his nephew Stephen Pawlak (Emily); his mother-in-law Evon Blankenship; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Murphy, Sherra Bowman (Giles), Sandra Blankenship (Wanda) and Pamela Gartrell (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
