With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Toi Gine Chan Woo of Henrico, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Goon Wong Woo (Joe); and her parents, Wenpan Chen and Fahua Wu. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Hoffmann (Edward), Betty Woo, Bonnie Jansch (David) and Margaret Woo (Daniel); her grandchildren, Spencer Woo, Micah Hoffmann, Catherine Jansch (Paul Jarasek Jr.) and Harrison Woo; and her great grandchildren, Theo Hoffmann and Paul Jarasek III.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bliley Funeral Home (3801 Augusta Ave, Richmond, VA 23230). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
