She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph A. Elmore, II; her son Robert Alan Miller; and her siblings, Bill, Mary, Elizabeth, Lee, Dorothy and Frances.
She is survived by: her sons, Howard W. Miller (Laura) and Craig W. Miller; her grandson Howard Tyler Miller; her stepsons, R. A. Elmore, III (Judy), Donald C. Elmore and Stephen Beer (Beverley); her stepgrandchildren, Alex Elmore, Kevin Elmore (Juliette), Andrew Elmore (Julie) and Leslie Elmore; and her great grandchild Grey Stratton Elmore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Westhampton Memorial Park (10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23233).
