It is with sadness that the passing of Virginia M. Ingalls in Henrico, Virginia is shared. Virginia, born on September 2, 1936, passed away on September 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ingoglia and Rose Ingoglia; and her husband Howard Karl Ingalls, Sr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Albert, Anthony, Rudy, Josie, Rosie and Gloria; her children, Sandy Smith (Kenny) and Howard Ingalls; her grandchildren, Saylem DePasquale (John), Allison Kapinos (Jeremy), Andrew Smith (Christine), Marquis Maybush (James), Corey Hornersmith (Melinda), Franco Ingalls, Andre Ingalls and Isabella Miller (Ricky); her great grandchildren, Stella, Frank, Crosby, Charles, Teddy, Charley, Giselle and Rio; and her daughter-in-law Tracy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many beloved friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bliley's (8510 Staples Mill Rd, Richmond, VA 23228). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
