She is survived by: her children, Adri, Aart and Janny; her sister Janny; her son-in-law Ferry; her nephew Erik; her stepchildren, Tom (Marianne) and Peggy; and her stepgrandson Mark. She is also survived by family members, treasured friends, and caregivers.
