He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Perry and Mary Lou Perry; and his siblings, Beth Hauser and Mike Perry. He is survived by: his wife Marion; his children, Steven, Sarah, Chris, Kevin and Erika; and his sister Susan Roberts. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews as well as great friends.
