He was predeceased by: his parents, Warder Dean and Janet Dean (Canfield) of Gassaway, WV. He is survived by: his wife Sally Dean of Williamsburg; his children, Amy Williams (Craig) of Morgantown, WV, Barry Dean (Shelley) of Edmond, OK and Sara Beth Dean of Reston; his grandchildren, Emily Griffin, Jake Williams, Shelby Dean, Olivia Dean and Grace Keyser; and his brother Lowell Dean.
